Plan A: Under this plan, you will receive live leads within seconds of the prospect filling in the form for the category of leads you wish to receive. You will have the prospects name, company name, email address, company address and the product they are interested in will be indicated on the lead for you to begin the sales process with them.

These leads are tracked to your account and at the first of the following month you will receive a statement of all leads received at which time your credit card will be processed for that amount.

Plan B: Plan A is the same as Plan B only you will prepay for the leads in $100 increments. In this method there will not be a credit application required before the leads can be sent out, however the account must be set up and have a credit balance in order to receive leads. Once the funds have been used up, you will no longer receive leads until the account has been topped up with a payment.

Plan C: With this plan, you will still receive live leads within seconds of the prospect filling in the form for the category of leads you wish to receive. You will have the prospects name, company name, email address, company address and the product they are interested in will be indicated on the lead for you to begin the sales process with them.

The difference on this program will be that you only pay for the leads that close.  At the first of each month, you will receive an email of all outstanding leads that were sent to you.  It will be your responsibility to indicate which leads closed, which are pending and which are dead leads.  For the leads that close, you will indicate the revenue that was received by your office for those dealts and supply supporting documentation for the amount you received. 

You will have 5 business days to complete the form and return it to us.  At that time, the lead fee of 20% of all closed business will be charged to your credit card.  In some industries this 20% lead fee does not work effectively, upon receipt of your application it will be determined if this lead fee will work or not.  If it does not, you will be contacted so that an alternate method can be tailor to your industry.

All leads sent to you will be tracked for 4 months.  After the 4th month of receiving each specific lead, you will no longer be asked to track that lead.  Any misrepresentation of facts or figures will immediately be cause for termination of this plan and charges for the leads will be immediately processed at the posted amounts as a pay-per-lead plan.  As a quality control, there will be monthly audits of statements received.

Part of the audit will be a feedback to you to tell you why you did not get the sale.  This will be useful to you to help hone your sales team’s skills. The questions that will be asked in the audit will be as follows:

  1. Did you make the purchase you were planning when you filled out the form on Pro-BargainHunter.com?
  2. Did you use one of the companies that were referred to you by Pro-BargainHunter.com?  If so, which one?
  3. Do you feel that the representative(s) you dealt with from our suppliers dealt with your purchase in a professional and courteous manner?
  4. Would you use Pro-BargainHunter.com for future purchases?
  5. If you have any comments, we would appreciate to hear from you.

As part of the set up of your account, you will be required to complete a credit application as well as a blanket consent for which may be used with third parties as part of out audit process.  This will only be used in the event that our preliminary audits indicate the misrepresentation of the figures that are reported by your company.

In the even that it is determined there is misrepresentation, appropriate measures will be taken and any costs for such measures will be the responsibility of your company.
